AI Teamgame: Bot Fight

Bot Fight is built for teams that want to go beyond chatting and build something themselves. These are organisations where people now open ChatGPT or Copilot daily, but where nobody has yet built an assistant that knows the house style, procedures or product information.

This is the most advanced game in our line-up. Participants don't need to be programmers, but we do assume they've already worked with Copilot, Claude or ChatGPT. Anyone who has never used AI needs to absorb too much at once in four hours; they're better off starting with Prompt Fight Club or a basic training.

What your team learns in four hours

Participants build their own assistant for a task they genuinely have, from answering customer questions to drafting standard documents. They learn to feed that assistant with their own documents, so it gives answers that match how your organisation actually works. And they learn to judge quality by pitting assistants against each other, because only when two versions get the same question do you see which instructions really make a difference.

That last part is the core of the game. Anyone can build an assistant that looks good. Only in the duel does it become clear whether it actually delivers.

How the four hours unfold

We start with an explanation of what an AI assistant is and how it differs from just chatting. Each team then picks a real task and builds a first version in the build environment we set up. In the middle stretch, teams feed their assistant with their own documents and sharpen the instructions. Our game host walks around and helps anyone stuck. The game ends with the duel: all assistants are given the same test questions, after which the jury judges which gives the best answer and why.

How many participants can take part?

From 4 to 150 people, split into teams.

What exactly is an AI assistant?

An AI assistant is a chatbot with fixed instructions and your own documents behind it, so it answers from your way of working instead of general knowledge. The difference from just chatting is that you lock in the instructions once and everyone gets the same quality after that.

Do you need to know how to code?

No. Teams build with ready-made build environments where you work with text, not code.

Which environment do we build in?

We agree that with your IT team in advance. If the organisation works with Microsoft 365, we build in Copilot Studio or with agents in Copilot. If the organisation works with Claude, we build in Claude Projects, and with ChatGPT Enterprise we use custom GPTs. All three are no-code environments.

Do we need licences?

Yes. Participants work on their own laptop with a working account for the chosen environment, so Microsoft 365 with Copilot, Claude or ChatGPT Enterprise. If licences are missing, we think along: we can arrange temporary accounts for part of the group, or have teams collaborate on the available licences.

What happens to the assistants afterwards?

They keep existing. Because teams build in your own environment and with your own documents, they can simply keep working with them the week after, improving the assistant further or sharing it with colleagues. Everyone also takes home an overview with the instructions and the key lessons from the duel.

Is this safe with our company documents?

Yes, provided we build in your own business environment. That's also our starting point: the documents stay within your tenant or workspace and aren't used to train models. We don't take any documents with us and store nothing on our own systems. If you're unsure about certain files, choose material without personal data; we're happy to align this in advance with your IT or privacy officer.

What does this teamgame cost?

The price depends on group size and content, so we work with a tailored quote. After a 20-minute call you'll know exactly where you stand.

Do participants already need AI experience?

Bot Fight is the toughest game in our line-up, so we assume participants have already worked with Copilot, Claude or ChatGPT. Beginners can take part in a mixed team; if the whole group is new, we recommend a basic training or Prompt Fight Club first.

Can Bot Fight also be run online or hybrid?

Yes. On location works best, because teams build one assistant together, but we also run it fully online or hybrid with digital team spaces and the same duel at the end.

How quickly can you schedule it?

Allow three to four weeks lead time, because we align the build environment, the licences and access to your documents with IT in advance. For busy periods we recommend booking further ahead.
