Who is this training for?

This training is mostly taken by directors, board members and managers. People who want to work faster with AI themselves, but don't want to spend half a day on a group training and would rather not sit in a room with their own staff.

That last point is more often a reason than you'd think. In a group, as a director you're less quick to ask the question you actually have. One-on-one you are, and that's exactly why this format works.

A large part of your working day goes on emailing, writing, summarising and figuring out numbers. That's exactly the work you'll learn to do faster here, without complicated theory. We start at the basics, and if you already have experience, we pick up the smart tricks and the time-saving way of working in particular.

80% practice, 20% explanation

You won't sit listening to everything AI can do. You spend 80% of the time working yourself on your own laptop, with your own email, your own documents and your own figures.

We only use the 20% explanation where it's needed: how to prompt well, what you should and shouldn't do with company data, and why something works. After that you get straight back to work.

At every step we make the difference visible: how long this task used to take, and how long it takes now.

Because you're the only participant, two hours is enough. In a group, a lot of time goes on aligning and on examples that aren't about your work. Not here.

Claude or Copilot? You learn when to grab what

Most organisations already use several AI tools side by side, without anyone knowing exactly which one is most useful for what. That actually costs time instead of saving it.

In this training you learn at a glance which tool is most useful for each task. When to reach for Claude, when for Microsoft Copilot, and when they work best together.

This is where the biggest gain sits. With one tool you get part of the time saving. If you use Claude and Copilot side by side you reach 50% time saved, because you pick the strongest tool per task instead of trying to do everything in one tool. This part is missing from almost every other AI training.
