This is where this training stands out. In most Copilot trainings you sit listening to everything it can do. With us, you spend 80% of the time actively working at your own screen in Copilot, with your own files, your own email and your own processes.

We use the 20% explanation only where it's needed: briefly clarifying why something works, what's new and where the pitfalls are. After that, you're straight back to work.

The effect is that you don't go home with an idea of what Copilot can do, but with finished work and running agents. That's also why usage sticks afterwards instead of fading away after a week.

From prompts to agents that take over your work

Most teams get stuck with individual prompts. That yields about an hour of time saved per week and then usage fades away again. In this training we take the step that makes the difference: your processes get translated into agents.

An agent is an assistant you set up yourself with your own instructions, your own knowledge sources and fixed tasks. Think of an agent that summarises incoming quote requests and drafts a reply, an agent that builds monthly reports from your own SharePoint files, or an agent that answers new employees' internal questions without you needing to be involved.

During the training we build those agents live, together with your team, using your own data. You don't go home with notes but with working agents that are running by Monday.

We work with the agent capabilities within Microsoft 365 Copilot itself and, where it fits your situation, with Microsoft Copilot Studio. No programming knowledge required.

What is the difference between the Copilot Kickstart and the Copilot Advanced training?

The Kickstart is for teams just starting out and teaches the basics of prompting and working with Copilot in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook. The Advanced training assumes that foundation is already there and focuses on translating your own work processes into AI tasks and agents.

How long does the Copilot Advanced training take?

4 hours on location: 3 hours of training and 1 hour for questions and deep dives.

How much theory is in the training?

Very little. You spend 80% of the time actively working in Copilot and get 20% explanation, exactly where it's needed to move forward.

Do we really build agents during the training?

Yes. We build the agents live using your own cases and your own data, so they're immediately usable afterwards.

Do we need Microsoft 365 Copilot licences?

Access to Microsoft 365 Copilot is required for the full programme. During the intake we check which licences and permissions you have and tailor the programme accordingly.

Is programming knowledge required?

No. Everything we build is done without code.

What does the training cost?

How many participants is the training suitable for?

Does the certificate satisfy the AI Act?

Participants receive a certificate you can use as evidence within your approach to AI literacy. The AI Act requires organisations to ensure employees have sufficient AI knowledge. We provide the training and the evidence; responsibility for the full policy remains with your organisation.
