Who is this Claude group training for?

This training is for teams that want to get better at using AI in the office and who follow the training together as one group. You put the team together, for example a department or a project group, and we tailor the training to that.

A large part of the working day goes on emailing, writing, summarising and figuring out numbers. That's exactly the work your team will learn to do faster, without complicated theory. We start at the basics so everyone can keep up, and if there are experienced users in the group, they pick up the smart tricks and the time-saving way of working.

No prior knowledge is needed. Neither is a technical background.

What does your team learn in the training?

The training consists of nine short parts, built up from the basics to your own practice.

What does the training deliver?

The team works 50% faster on everyday writing, email and analysis tasks, by using Claude and Copilot side by side. Settings are set up correctly right away and we create instructions that fit the group's work. Everyone goes home with at least three self-chosen tasks that will from now on be much faster, and with a personal workspace that keeps speeding up their work. The team knows exactly what it can and can't do with company data and knows how to use Claude and Copilot together. Finally, everyone gets a cheat sheet so the team can carry straight on the next day.

How much theory is in the training?

Very little. The training is 80% practice and 20% explanation, exactly where that's needed to keep moving forward.

What if we don't have clear tasks to practise with yet?

We work that out together. We look at the group's daily work and jointly determine where the biggest time savings are. The team doesn't need to prepare anything.

Do we need to already work with Claude?

No. No prior knowledge is needed and nobody needs to be technical.

What's the difference between Claude and Microsoft Copilot?

They're both AI assistants, but they're not equally strong at everything. In the training your team learns which tool is most useful for each task and how to use them side by side.

Can the training also be given in English?
