Microsoft Copilot training

Participants save 30% of their time on repetitive tasks after the training. Every participant receives a certificate.

80% doing, 20% explanation
This is where this training differs from most Copilot courses. You don't spend four hours listening to everything Copilot can do. You spend 80% of the time actively working at your own screen in Copilot, with your own email, your own documents and your own tasks.
We use the 20% explanation only where it's needed: why a prompt does or doesn't work, where Copilot lets you down, and how to handle company data responsibly. After that, you're straight back to work.
The effect is that you don't go home with an idea of what Copilot can do, but with finished work and a running assistant. That's also why usage sticks afterwards instead of fading away after a week.
You build your own AI assistant during the training
Most Copilot trainings stop at prompting. With us, you build an AI assistant during the session based on your own processes and documents.
Think of an assistant that knows your house style and tone and uses it to write emails and texts, or an assistant that answers questions based on your own internal documents. Because we build it with your own material, it's directly usable after the training. No programming knowledge required.
What exactly you can build depends on your Microsoft licences and the permissions IT has set. We check this beforehand.
Who is this Copilot training for?
This training suits teams who already use Copilot a bit and feel there's much more in it. Results are still inconsistent.
Does this sound familiar?
- You don't yet work with your own AI assistant.
- You don't yet know all the possibilities of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Your prompts produce inconsistent or unusable output.
- You want to demonstrably handle data responsibly and be able to show it.
- You're looking for an interactive training with practical examples instead of a presentation.
The training works for leadership and management who want to understand how Copilot can be used strategically, for marketing that wants to create content and concepts faster, for sales that wants to draft personalised proposals, for operations that wants to automate repetitive tasks, and for support that wants to respond faster and more consistently.
After training more than 5,500 participants, we know every department has different pain points. That's why you get no standard story, but guidance tailored to your role.

Training content
Phase 1. Introduction to Copilot and generative AI
We start with what generative AI is, why it's so powerful and exactly where you'll encounter Copilot within Microsoft 365. With visual, practical examples, short and concrete.
Phase 2. Prompting like a pro
Working well with Copilot starts with how you communicate with AI. You practise with proven prompting principles, learn how to get consistent, usable output, and which pitfalls of language models to watch for.
Phase 3. Application in Microsoft 365 and automation
This is where Copilot comes to life. You work in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams, build your own AI assistant, and discover how to hand off repetitive tasks.
Phase 4. Next steps and embedding
After the basics come the real gains. We map out the biggest AI opportunities within your team and you get concrete next steps to embed AI structurally.
What does it deliver?
- 30% time saved on repetitive tasks, leaving room for work that really matters.
- Your own AI assistant that's immediately usable in daily work.

Frequently asked questions
- How long does the Microsoft Copilot training take?
- 4 hours at your own location: 3 hours of training and 1 hour for questions and deep dives.
- How much theory is in the training?
- Very little. You spend 80% of the time actively working in Copilot yourself, with 20% explanation, given exactly where it's needed to move forward.
- How much time will my team save after the training?
- Participants save 30% of their time on repetitive tasks. The exact result depends on the type of work, but the biggest gains are usually in email, reporting, documents and recurring standard tasks.
- How do I know if this training is relevant for our team?
- Beforehand we tailor the programme to your team's knowledge level, sector and daily practice. We do this every day with teams from very different backgrounds, so you don't need to already be advanced.
- What if my team is not all at the same level?
- No team is ever at exactly the same level. The training is built so everyone works on their own assistant at their own pace. Not sure? We do a short intake beforehand.
- What if we don't yet have clear use cases?
- No problem. During the training we look together at existing tasks, so it naturally becomes clear where the time savings are. We help recognise processes you can automate.
- How quickly do participants actually start using their AI assistant?
- The assistants are built during the session around your own processes, so they are immediately applicable. Many teams use them the same week.
- Do we need Microsoft 365 Copilot licences?
- Access to Microsoft 365 Copilot is required for the full programme. During the intake we check which licences and permissions you have and tailor the programme accordingly.
- What does the Copilot training cost?
- The price depends on group size, location and content. Request a quote and you'll receive a price indication within 1 working day.
- What is the difference with the Copilot Advanced training?
- This training lays the foundation: prompting, applying Copilot in Microsoft 365 and building your first own AI assistant. The Advanced training goes further and translates your own work processes into agents that take over recurring work.
- Does the certificate satisfy the AI Act?
- Participants receive a certificate you can use as evidence within your approach to AI literacy. The AI Act requires organisations to ensure employees have sufficient AI knowledge. We provide the training and the evidence; responsibility for the full policy remains with your organisation.
