Legora group training for lawyers
The Legora group training is a private incompany training of four hours for your own team of lawyers, legal professionals and compliance staff. In a single session everyone learns to use Legora more sharply on their own work, safely with client data, and in a way that keeps your AI costs under control. This is a training for one team that you put together yourself, so there's no open enrolment with unknown participants.

What's in the training
Who is this Legora group training for?
This training is for teams of lawyers, legal professionals and compliance staff who work with Legora or are about to start, and who want to get more out of it together. Whether you review contracts, do due diligence, carry out legal research or monitor regulation, you'll learn to apply Legora to your own cases. You put the team together, for example a practice group or a deal team, and we tailor the training to that. No prior knowledge is needed, we start from the basics. If the group includes experienced users, they'll pick up the smarter approaches and the time-saving ways of working.
What will your team learn in the training?
The training consists of eight short modules, building from the basics towards your own legal practice.
First, everyone learns to prompt well in Legora and to handle client and file data safely, so you get usable, cited output straight away and know what is and isn't allowed. Then we show how smart prompting lowers costs: a sharp prompt hits the mark first time, meaning fewer attempts and lower token usage.
Next you use the Assistant as a sparring partner, asking questions about documents and files in any language and getting answers with source references you can check yourself. With Tabular Review you work faster through large document sets: hundreds of documents in a clear table, pulling out key data, deviations and risks, handy for due diligence and review at scale.
After that you move on to drafting in Word, producing first drafts, redlines and clauses within the Word integration, based on your own examples and playbooks. For research and regulation, you carry out legal research with cited sources and quickly get to grips with long rulings or regulations. With workflows and playbooks you capture recurring steps, so standard checks become repeatable and you don't have to keep re-prompting. We finish with your own case, so you feel the time savings on your own work straight away.

Is it safe to practise with client data?
We explicitly cover what you can and can't do with confidential client and file data. Everyone learns to work safely and knows the boundaries afterwards.
How quickly will the team start using what it learns?
Immediately. Everyone practises on their own work during the training and finishes with their own case. Recurring work gets captured in workflows and playbooks, so you can carry on the very next day.
What if we don't yet have clear tasks to practise with?
We'll work that out together. We look at the group's daily work, such as reviewing, due diligence, research and drafting, and jointly decide where the biggest time savings lie.
